The property is located in a serene gravel courtyard on a working arable farm, just half a mile from the picturesque River Avon and the quaint village of Bidford-upon-Avon. The owner's family acquired the surrounding barns and fields in the 1960s, and after serving as grain stores in the 1980s, the barns underwent a transformation into holiday accommodations, culminating in their completion in 2015.

The interior of The Combine Shed is designed in a neutral, country-cottage style, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The single-story layout makes it particularly suitable for families and guests with limited mobility, although there are two steps leading up to the front door. The spacious open-plan kitchen-dining-living area features a stunning double-height gabled roof and a cozy woodburner, providing a perfect gathering space for relaxation and meals.
