You'll be perfectly situated to explore Maidstone, with the city's bustling high street just a short walk away. Whether you're here for work or leisure, this flat is the perfect choice for your stay.

Our stylish duplex flat id set over two levels - the ground and lower ground floor. The main bedroom is located on the lower ground floor and boasts a spacious and luxurious bed for a restful night's sleep.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable and generously sized sofa bed, which easily converts from sofa to bed at night. The flat features a private kitchen and bathroom for your exclusive use, as well as a secluded garden at the rear of the property.

We invite you to make yourself at home and enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of this unique and welcoming space.

The flat is exclusively accessed through its own front door on the ground floor which opens into a communal hallway. The communal hallway leads to the street level. You will receive key codes and directions to access your flat after the reservation.

Our neighbourhood is bustling with life and has a friendly and welcoming vibe. You'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance, as well as several attractions that Maidstone has to offer.

Our neighbours are lovely and kind, always ready to lend a helping hand if needed. However, we do advise guests to keep the noise level down after 9 pm as a courtesy to our neighbours.

Overall, our neighbourhood is a perfect blend of urban convenience and suburban comfort. We're confident that you'll feel right at home during your stay with us.

This fresh and tranquil area comprises a town center for all your shopping needs, right around the corner. Within a 10-15 min walk, you can find yourself in the heart of Maidstone town centre, surrounded by shops, restaurants and our favourite, 'Retail Therapy' :-)

We operate a strict no smoking policy on our premises. Use of drugs or illicit substances on the premises will get you arrested. Any damages caused will attract a charge of up to £500.

This property does not allow for partying or loud gatherings in the premises. Please keep the noise down between the hours of 9pm and 7am (every day) and respect our neighbours.

This apartment is located in Maidstone. Bearsted Golf Club and Bridgewood Manor Day Spa are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Kent Life and Stoneacre. Buckmore Park Karting and The Vines Park are also worth visiting.
