The cottage is finished to an exceptionally high standard, featuring a blend of muted tones and breezy nautical decor, complemented by a good-sized garden outfitted with rattan furniture. Its convenient location allows for an easy, level walk into the town center and the riverside, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.

The accommodation at Lily Cottage is thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality. Accessed via a small step, the entrance leads into a hallway that provides space for coats and boots, along with a shower room equipped with an electric shower, heated towel rail, toilet, and wash basin. The cozy living room features comfortable seating, a Freesat TV, soundbar, DVD player, and a Sonos speaker, all set against a backdrop of limed oak-effect flooring and plantation shutters. An electric wood burner-effect fire and underfloor heating ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the cottage.

At the rear of the property, guests will find a well-equipped galley kitchen, complete with an electric double oven, small fridge with freezer, painted dresser, butler sink, and a small dishwasher. For parking, a permit is provided for the nearby Mayor's Avenue Car Park, a mere two-minute walk from the cottage. While the permit does not guarantee a parking space and can be limited during busy periods, it also grants access to the Park & Ride facility at the top of town. Located in the heart of Dartmouth, the cottage is surrounded by natural beauty and attractions, including South Devon's scenic landscapes, Coleton Fishacre House & Gardens, Woodlands Family Theme Park, and historical sites like the Golden Hind and Greenway House and Garden.
