Steeped in local history from when Falsgrave was a village and not part of Scarborough, this warm and rustic property has been beautifully maintained, with many original features still visible, such as the original blacksmiths forge that has been converted to your open fire, an exposed beam from when the horses would walk through the building, and traditional, original and antique oak-wood panneling. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double with a wall mounted television and 1 twin room with vintage toys making it perfect for a family holiday or you can put the singles together 2 couples if required. Despite its age, the cottage has been updated with all the necessary comforts, including a fully equipped galley kitchen, comfortable beds, central heating and Wi-Fi. Step outside and you'll find a lucious garden with a quiant summer-house, completely equipped with a sauna, television, fridge, sofa-bed & toilet. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind, whether you're looking for a romantic escape or a family vacation. Located not far from both North and South Bay with all their attractions including the open air theatre, the beautiful Peasolm Park. There is also a very popular, large family pub and eatery just over the road. The unique character and rich history of this property will make your stay truly memorable (Pet Friendly with a small charge of £20 per pet for the extra cleaning incurred).
