A superb location for exploring the wonderful Essex and Suffolk countryside. Be sure to visit the world renowned Wilkins Tiptree Tearooms and jam museum.
Local attractions include: Colchester Zoo, Colchester Castle and Park; Maldon Promenade, the coast of Mersea Island; and the constable countryside of Flatford and Dedham.

This vacation home is located in Colchester. Museum of Power and Manifest Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Forrester Park Golf Club and Five Lakes Golf Club. Colchester Zoo and Marks Hall Gardens and Arboretum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
