All the essentials are available in this modest beach town, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists. Combe Martin has a popular beach because of its sheltered cove, ideal for rock-pooling and paddle boarding. There is a Nature and Dinosaur Park in the town as well. Every year in May, Combe Martin hosts the famous Earl of Rone festival, and in August, the town hosts a funfair. North Devon's top attractions, including Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe, and Barnstaple, are conveniently close to this location, making it a great home base for sightseeing and exploration. The National Trust also maintains a number of wonderful gardens and homes. Woolacombe is home to some of the best surfing in the region, and the South West Coastal Path passes by within a mile. If you're planning a trip to the coast, Combe Martin is a fantastic home base because it has activities for all ages.

Arlington Court and Arlington Court are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and Watermouth Castle. Marwood Hill Gardens and Exmoor Zoo are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails, cycling, and rock climbing nearby.
