The cottage features two cozy twin bedrooms, with the option to convert one into a king-size bed upon request. The layout includes a ground floor kitchen diner and lounge, while the first floor houses the bedrooms and a bathroom. Guests will find essential amenities in the kitchen, including a microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer, which are shared with the neighboring cottage. For entertainment, the property is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and access to an on-site games room, ensuring a pleasant stay for families and groups alike.

Families are well catered for, with a cot and highchair available upon request, although guests are advised to bring their own cot bedding. The outdoor space features an enclosed rear garden complete with a BBQ and a front terrace, providing a safe environment for children and pets. Ample parking is available, and while Wi-Fi is provided, guests should be aware that the connection may be inconsistent. Essential amenities such as bed linen and towels are included, along with heating and electricity, ensuring a comfortable experience.

Pet owners will be pleased to know that one dog (or two small dogs) are welcome for an additional charge, which ranges from £25 to £70 per pet per week. Guests are required to arrange this in advance. Smoking is not permitted on the property, and an Accidental Damage Deposit may be required.
