The interior of the cottage is bright and spacious, with large windows that frame lovely views of the surrounding landscape. The inviting sitting room boasts an open log fire, comfortable seating, a smart television, and a diverse collection of books, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a Smeg fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with ample seating for up to six people, making it perfect for shared meals and family gatherings.

On the first floor, guests will find a luxurious super-king bedroom that can be configured as twins, complete with an en-suite bathroom, alongside a king bedroom featuring an en-suite shower room. This serene setting ensures a restful stay, allowing guests to unwind in a beautiful environment that they may never want to leave. The cottage is part of a larger estate, which includes two additional properties available for booking: Butley Priory, accommodating 11 guests, and Butley Priory Farmhouse, which can host 24 guests, making it suitable for larger gatherings.

Additional amenities include a refundable £300 security deposit for bookings, and the option for one well-behaved dog to accompany guests for a small extra charge. Visitors have access to the South Garden, a thatched summer house, and a tennis court during their stay. It is important to note that the upstairs fires cannot be lit, and guests should select their preferred bed configurations when booking. A high chair is available upon request, and families should be cautious of a large pond located approximately 120 meters from the house.
