Upon entering the cottage, visitors are greeted by a quaint sitting and dining area adorned with original oak beams and the impressive inglenook fireplace. This inviting space includes two plush armchairs and a cozy window seat, perfect for curling up with a book by the fire. The dining area, featuring a lovely farmhouse table, comfortably seats four guests. The cottage also boasts a spacious family room with additional seating, including a sofa bed, where guests can gather around an electric wood-burning-style fire and enjoy films on the Freeview-enabled television after a day of outdoor adventures.

The traditional kitchen, with its painted stone walls and pamment flooring, is equipped with bespoke fitted units and ample workspace, making it a delightful spot for culinary enthusiasts to prepare meals using local produce. The ground floor also includes a convenient WC and utility room. Ascending the steep Norfolk winder stairs leads to the first floor, where the stunning master bedroom features a brass king-size bed and an en suite shower room, complemented by double aspect windows that overlook the village green. The second bedroom offers twin beds and similar views, while a bathroom is also conveniently located on this level.

Outside, guests can enjoy a shared courtyard area and a private enclosed lawn, though it is worth noting that the lawn is not fully secure for dogs. Parking is available on the green outside the cottage.
