Located in Cromer, Norfolk, Boycott House offers a unique coastal holiday experience, accommodating up to four guests. This stunning period building, positioned right on the sea front, provides breathtaking views of the sea and pier from every room. The property invites visitors to unwind and enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking a blend of relaxation and scenic beauty in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Originally constructed in 1814 as The Bath House, this iconic structure has a rich history, having transitioned from a reading room to a luxurious retreat for wealthy Victorians. Over the years, it has undergone several transformations: it became a private residence in 1836, a hotel in 1872, reverted to a single residence in the early 1900s, and was finally revitalized in 2020 to serve as exquisite holiday accommodation. The semi-detached house features two stories, with a bright ground-floor sitting room showcasing a modern Morso wood-burning stove and panoramic sea views through its fully glazed front.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area, equipped with a Kitchen Haus kitchen and a Bosch twin oven, is designed for both functionality and style. Upstairs, guests will find two spacious bedroom suites. The master suite boasts a super-king size bed and a private shower room, all while offering stunning sea views from its bay-fronted windows. The second bedroom can be configured as either a king-size or twin room and includes its own en-suite bathroom featuring a luxurious slipper bath and separate shower enclosure, enhancing the overall comfort of the stay.

Conveniently situated within walking distance of Cromer's vibrant local amenities, guests can explore a variety of new cafes and eateries, such as The Gangway micro pub, Grey Seal Coffee, and Hatters Tea Room. Additionally, renowned TV chef Galton Blackiston’s fish and chip shop is just a short stroll away at the end of the pier. Boycott House is tailored for adults and older children, with specific guidelines regarding pets and infants, and provides essential amenities like a designated parking space. However, guests are advised to bring their own coffee pods and are not provided with a starter pack or welcome hamper, ensuring a straightforward yet comfortable stay.
