Our beautiful home in the heart of East Sussex. With a warm, charming feel it is the perfect location to explore the stunning Sussex coast & South Downs.

The accommodation is equipped with everything you need & just a few minutes walk from local amenities, pubs and attractions, such as the stunning Pevensey Castle.

With a double bed & double sofa bed the space is more than suitable for a family of four or a group of friends.

Set in the heart of 1066 country, Pevensey & Westham are the perfect area to base yourself when exploring the East Sussex Coast and surrounding villages.

We have parking on-site if you are coming with a car. For those that don't want to drive, there is a train station in the village and a bus stop outside the house.

There is Tesco Express, a local village shop, 3 pubs (with good food) as well as, the beautiful Pevensey Castle all within walking distance.

Pevensey Bay beach area are just a 5 minute drive, we highly recommend the Aqua Bar for beachside food and drinks.

Eastbourne itself has a large shopping district, beach, pier and incredible views of the South Downs. We would highly recommend visiting the 'Old Town' and some of the lovely eateries off of the main town centre.

The cultural hub of Brighton is just a short hop along the coast. Brighton is famous the world over for its vibrancy and cosmopolitan

Located in Pevensey, this vacation home is in a rural area. Shinewater Park and South Downs National Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Fort Fun and Treasure Island. Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park and Observatory Science Centre are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping.
