Apple Tree Cottage is a charming detached accommodation located in the village of Borrowby, North Yorkshire, nestled on a working farm. This inviting property is designed to accommodate up to four guests, featuring two well-appointed bedrooms: a twin room on the ground floor that can be configured as a double, and a first-floor double room with an en-suite bathroom. The cottage also includes a ground floor wet room, ensuring convenience for all guests. The open-plan layout of the living space combines a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, creating a welcoming environment for relaxation and socializing.

The cottage boasts a range of amenities to enhance the guest experience, including oil central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, under-counter fridge, tabletop freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a television and complimentary WiFi. Outside, Apple Tree Cottage features a lovely lawned garden with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the serene countryside views. The property also provides off-road parking for up to three vehicles and welcomes two horses from May to September, complete with paddocks and horsebox parking. However, it is important to note that dogs are no longer permitted due to a change in farm policy.
