It comes complete with essential kitchenware and supplies, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. A spacious under-stairs storage cupboard is available in the hall, providing an ideal spot for storing walking boots and coats after a day of exploration. The cozy lounge at the rear of the cottage features two comfortable leather sofas, a smart TV, FREE WIFI, and a gas fire, making it a perfect gathering space, especially during colder months. A door leads from the lounge to the private rear garden, which can also be accessed from the side, allowing for convenient storage of bicycles.
Upstairs, the cottage features two well-appointed bedrooms, with the master bedroom situated at the rear and furnished with a king-size bed. The front bedroom contains two single beds, both equipped with ample wardrobe space and drawers for storage. Guests will find that bedding and towels are provided for their convenience. The newly fitted shower room includes a walk-in shower, a large sink with a vanity unit, and a toilet, though it is worth noting that there is no bath available. For families traveling with infants, essential items such as a travel cot, baby bath, stair gate, and high chair can be arranged, though bedding for the travel cot is not supplied.
The vibrant village of Tideswell is just a short stroll away, offering a variety of shops, including a small Co-Op for stocking up on essentials, as well as cafes, restaurants, and independent shops selling local produce. Guests can easily check in at their convenience, as keys are stored in a key safe, with check-in time set after 4 PM and check-out by 10 AM.
