Additionally, the cottage features a ground floor cloakroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy sitting room with a dining area and a woodburning stove, making it an inviting retreat for families or couples seeking a peaceful getaway.

The cottage is well-appointed with modern amenities, including electric central heating with underfloor heating, a 55" TV with Freeview, and a selection of books and games for entertainment. Outdoor facilities enhance the experience, offering off-road parking for two cars, an enclosed garden with furniture, and a barbecue area for al fresco dining. Guests are also welcome to bring one small, well-behaved dog, with access to a shared 3-acre grass paddock for off-lead play. The property is non-smoking and is not suitable for children under four years of age.
