This wonderful, single-storey, detached holiday home is within easy reach of the sandy dunes and glorious sandy beach at Sea Palling, and close to both the Norfolk Broads and Great Yarmouth. Sandhills has been completely renovated and makes a wonderful base for a seaside holiday. It enjoys a lovely, enclosed lawned garden with summerhouse and extensive countryside views to the rear of the property.

The Broads offer daily boat trips and hourly hire, good fishing, birdwatching and sailing. Great Yarmouth has all the traditional seaside facilities, including two piers, a leisure pool, Sea Life centre, butterfly centre, fun fair, amusements and theatres. The bustling resort of Cromer is also just a 10-minute drive away. Winterton-on-Sea’s circular walks and nature reserve are nearby, or visit the grey seal colony and their pups at Horsey Gap Beach (between November and February).

For children, there is the treetop adventure park of BeWILDerwood at Horning, Dinosaur Park at Lenwade and Wroxham Barns. Alternatively, visit the fine city of Norwich with its castle, cathedral, museums, theatres and shopping. Walking, sailing, fishing, birdwatching and cycle hire all available locally. Beach ½ mile. Shop and pub serving food ½ mile.
