Guests are encouraged to contact the park in advance regarding bedding requirements to ensure that the correct beds are prepared for their arrival. The park is family-oriented and welcomes couples aged 18 and over, but does not accept groups of under 21, nor does it allow stag or hen parties. A £50 security deposit is required for single-sex group bookings, and parking is available in the main car park with trolleys provided for luggage transport. For those arriving after 6 PM, prior arrangements must be made with the park.
