Upon arrival, you will discover private parking for up to three cars. Situated adjacent to the owners, caravan site where you have the benefit of using the play area and outdoor toilet and showers. Dogs must always remain on a lead outside of the property.
Entering the holiday home, you are greeted by a utility area which comprises of a washing machine, dryer and a cloak room which is the perfect place to store those muddy boots and coats. The living room has the perfect open plan design, great for hosting and provide quality time together. Make your way through to the living room and curl up on the sumptuous sofas in front of the wall mounted electric fire as your favourite show or movies plays out on the TV after a long day exploring the area. A fully fitted kitchen awaits you providing everything you need to rustle up those home cooked meals or why not treat yourself at a local restaurant, please note due to the rural location there are limited takeaways within the area. The kitchen has been installed to a high standard and is the heart of the home, from quartz worktops to an island facility.

Bedroom one has a kingsize bed with plenty of storage space, wander into your en-suite bathroom comprising a bath, heated towel rail, low level toilet and wash hand basin. The mood lighting and sky light provides the ultimate place to relax and unwind in after a day exploring the area. The second bedroom has a zip and link bed with a super kingsize bed.
