The park boasts various amenities designed for family fun and leisure, including a fantastic outdoor swimming pool and a clubhouse. However, it is important to note that the outdoor pool will be closed from September 5, 2023, until May 2024, while other facilities remain available throughout the year. Guests are encouraged to check in from 3 PM onwards and must depart by 9 AM. For late arrivals after 5 PM, prior arrangements must be made with the reception, particularly during off-peak seasons when late check-ins may not be accommodated.
Given Pembrokeshire's rural setting, Wi-Fi availability cannot be guaranteed, and families are advised to bring their own equipment, such as travel cots, as the park does not provide them. Pets are strictly prohibited from being left unattended in accommodations, and they must be kept on leads at all times. Guests are reminded to bring their own towels if staying in specific accommodations, and they should also be aware of the bar's closure on Wednesdays. Furthermore, ongoing pitch development works at the park are scheduled to conclude by December 31, 2023, with minimal disruption expected.

For those booking between March 1 and March 31, 2023, a £20 restaurant voucher is available, enhancing the overall holiday experience at this delightful park.
