A short 10-minute walk (¼mile) from the cottage takes you into Harlech, a small pleasant town dominated by the magnificent Norman castle with distinctive small shops, courtyard antiques, good restaurants and cafés, small supermarket, bank, post office, chemist, health centre and a filling station, as well as the Royal St Davids’ Golf Course, one of the finest links courses in Wales.

Located in Harlech, this cottage is by the ocean. Y Lasynys Fawr and Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Eryri National Park and Llandanwg Beach. Hufenfa'r Castell and Go Ape at Coed y Brenin are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
