On the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen with thoughtful added extras like a coffee machine, which is waiting ready for you to make your morning java to drink on the patio. The living area is a lovely light and airy space with French doors that allow you to bring the outside in. This property was built with love because it was built by the owners for someone they love, and it really shows. Internally, it has since been completely refurbished ready for guests to come and make some holiday memories and is the perfect escape from the stresses and strains of everyday life.
When it comes to things to see and do, you will most certainly be spoilt for choice. With Pensthorpe Nature Reserve a very short distance away nature lovers will be delighted to learn that Sheringham Park, Royal Society for the Protection of Birds Cley Marshes and the Norfolk Broads are all within easy reach too. History buffs can explore the Blickling, Houghton, Holkham and Sandringham Estates, the Muckleburgh and Thursford Collections, the latter with its Christmas Spectacular and Santa’s Magical Journey and the North Norfolk Heritage Railway. And you can be at the stunning Norfolk coastline exploring beautiful beaches, wild marshes, walking cliff-tops, promenade and even a pier, or sitting on the quayside at Wells-next-the-Sea eating fish and chips within twenty minutes. This coastline really does have it all so whether you are a wild swimmer a blustery beach walker, a paddler or sandcastle maker, there will be something for you. Add in great golf courses, nearby fishing lakes, lovely walks and nice, flat cycle routes and you will soon see why this area is so popular. Woad Centre and Hampton's Home and Garden are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing and other activities like golfing.
