The garden is self-enclosed with ample area for a pet or children, safety being a major concern.

The cottage is 4 miles away from Skegness with all the fun of the fair, cinema, nature park at Gibraltar Point and lovely sandy beach. Gunby Hall National Trust is 3 miles away and Lincoln is a scenic drive across the Wolds. Brewery tours in Wainfleet are 4 miles away, Horncastle’s antique emporiums and walking in Tennyson Country are within easy reach.

The Town of Burgh Le Marsh is a 5-minute walk away with huge amenities including local supermarkets, post office, butchers, Chinese takeaway, pasta and pizza takeaway, chippie, florist, hairdressers, and an antique shop.
