The ground floor is now a barber’s shop but from the moment you enter the private ground floor entrance you will discover that this property is packed with original beams and charm. Arranged across the first and second floors the accommodation has been decorated and furnished tastefully to ensure a really lovely stay. Boasting a private parking space, which is something of a rarity this close to the town centre, there is much to love about this lovely little property.
Aylsham itself is packed full of artisan cafés, bars, inns and shops, all just footsteps from the property and waiting to be explored. The quaint Bure Valley Railway sets out from here too and will take you across open countryside to Wroxham, considered by many to be the gateway to the Norfolk Broads. And that’s the beauty of this location. You can drive to the stunning coastline, the beautiful Broads and the fine city of Norwich in well under 30 minutes. Head to Cromer and stroll long its famous pier or go to Wells-next-the-Sea and watch the boats bobbing on the quay.
Take a boat trip along the waterways at Wroxham or even charter your own day launch. And head to Norwich with its impressive castle, award-winning open-air market, the Lanes and so much more. You’re even close to a park and ride site if you don’t want to drive into an unfamiliar city. And of course, you’re very close to Blickling Hall and within easy reach of the Holkham, Houghton and Sandringham Estates too.
