We’re excited to bring to you our latest Holiday Home acquisition and welcome you to the luxury of our stunning lakeside New England-style Turret home “West Lodge” on Isis Lake, which offers both Carp & Trout fishing!
The space
Our New England style luxury lakeside lodge is on Isis Lake, adjacent to Windrush Lake and positioned around three natural, reed edged lakes, located within the Cotswold Water Park. The resort boasts exceptionally well-manicured gardens and a wide selection of activities for the whole family. The New England charm and the Cotswold setting offers a fine British holiday with a dash of American style.

We welcome Families, Couples and Friends. West Lodge is the perfect choice for:

Use of the entire property:
Very private and totally self-contained, so you can isolate yourself from the outside world as much as you like!!

With a warm and luxurious feel, comfortable Lounge, large screen TV + Netflix, board games, electric feature fireplace, high speed WiFi etc, West Lodge truly is the place to kick back and relax.

Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge freezer etc - everything for your self-catering stay.

Three sets of French doors leading out to the huge South facing wrap-around decked area, with gas BBQ and outdoor seating – all positioned right next to and overlooking Isis Lake!

West Lodge can accommodate a total of 4 adults:
✪ 1st Floor: Bedroom 1 | Super King Size bed with Ensuite
✪ 1st Floor: Main Bathroom
✪ Top Floor: Bedroom 2: King Size bed

Here, you will find:
➞ Open plan living/dining/kitchen room with 3 sets of French doors allowing plenty of light in
➞ Throw open the French doors and let the sun and breeze flow through!
➞ Step out onto the stunning wrap-around decking overlooking Isis Lake and enjoy the view

On arrival at the Security Gate (24hrs):
Please press the button and inform Security you are staying and they will raise the barrier for you.

Entry:
There is a key safe on the side of the Lodge, whereby a code will be sent to you to unlock the box and access the key.
Other things to note
• Minimum Booking: 28 nights during March, April and May.
• Shorter Stays: These are available outside peak times, for a minimum of 5 nights. Contact us with dates for details and availability.
• Longer Stays: Discounts available for reservations of 5+ weeks or more.

• Booking: Will be confirmed on receipt of 50% of Booking Fee plus £200 Security Deposit.
• £200 Security Deposit is required at time of booking and will be returned following your stay if no damage.

• COVID Notice: Guarantee full refund if Government COVID restrictions are in place at time of reservation.

1. We do not accommodate stag, hen or similar all male/female groups.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings when we deem this to be the case.

2. There is a compulsory cleaning charge of £95 per rental period, this includes one clean after checkout.

3. Guests can pay for additional cleans at a cost of £95 per clean.

4. All Guests must provide Photo ID (Passport/Driving Licence) prior to Check-in. This a separate requirement from Airbnb's own verification process.

This vacation home is located in Cirencester. Corinium Museum and Bristol Aero Collectlon are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Thames Path and Cirencester Golf Club.
