This modern town house situated on a stylish estate close to North Cliff Golf Course, Peasholm Park and only a short stroll away from the sandy beaches of the North Bay.
Accommodation:
A series of steps lead to the side entrance. Compact open plan kitchen leads to lounge with oak floor and bed settee. Off the lounge is a small conservatory overlooking the garden with a door opening onto a patio area and lawn. From the lounge stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed which can be separated into twin beds, fitted wardrobes. bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.

Refrigerator, built-in oven and hob, washing machine, microwave. Colour TV with freeview, DVD player, radio/CD player. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. One small well-behaved dog is welcome. Off street parking for two cars next to the property. Enclosed rear garden with garden furniture.There is also a garden shed suitable for storage of bikes and has a folding picnic table and chairs. Strictly non-smoking.
