The property is located in the historic town of Pembroke directly opposite the train station, famed for it's 12th century castle. There is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants for you to enjoy or why not take a relaxing walk along the mill pond? For a day at the beach, head to Freshwater East in just 3.5 miles and explore the large expanse of golden sand backed by sand dunes. The popular coastal resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot are also within easy reach at just 10 and 11 miles away respectively. As you enter the property, there is a small porchway to store coats and boots, leading in to the contemporary kitchen. The lounge leads off from here which provides ample space to relax with two sofas plus a futon sofa bed. There's a TV to to keep up with your favourite programmes. The dining table for six provides plenty of space to enjoy a meal or board game together. Upstairs on the first floor there is a king size master bedroom with storage and an additional single bedroom making this a perfect fit for couples, small families or friends travelling together to explore the coast. The family bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Externally, there is a fully enclosed patio garden with plenty of out door seating to relax in the sunshine or fire up the charcoal BBQ and dine al fresco.
