Accommodating up to 24 guests across ten spacious bedrooms, including five en-suite options, the property is ideal for large group gatherings. The Victorian section of the house showcases original features such as high ceilings adorned with intricate cornicing, elegant fireplaces, and stunning stained glass windows, creating an inviting and historic ambiance.

Guests can enjoy a variety of communal spaces, including a large kitchen/diner and a lounge furnished with plush leather Chesterfields, perfect for relaxation and socializing. The cider barn hosts an additional kitchen/diner and a fun table football setup, while outside, a covered loggia with a BBQ area offers an excellent spot for al fresco dining. The grounds extend over four acres, featuring a wildlife-friendly garden that blooms with diverse plants throughout the seasons, a log-fired Scandinavian hot tub for eight, and multiple patio areas equipped with ample seating and outdoor games, including a croquet lawn and a football area.

Model Farm caters primarily to weekend groups, typically offering two-night stays from Friday to Sunday at competitive rates, approximately two-thirds the price of a week-long stay. Mid-week and three-night options are also available, accommodating various group types, while maintaining a policy against very young adults and stag parties. Up to two dogs per group are welcome, ensuring that pet owners can also enjoy their stay. For larger functions or corporate events, a newly constructed 55 sq. m Orangery can be rented for an additional fee, providing a versatile space for gatherings.

Conveniently located just eight minutes from Bridgwater and close to the M5 motorway, Model Farm offers easy access to the stunning Quantock Hills and numerous local attractions.
