The well-equipped kitchen is designed for convenience and comfort, featuring an electric oven and hob, a larder fridge and freezer, a washing machine, microwave, and toaster, along with a dining table and four chairs for shared meals. The cozy sitting room invites relaxation with its comfortable sofa and chairs, complemented by a woodburning stove set in an inglenook for warmth and ambiance. A flat-screen TV adds to the entertainment options, while a downstairs shower room includes a loo and wash hand basin for practicality.

Ascending the stairs from the kitchen diner, guests will find a quaint bedroom furnished with an antique small double bed and a single bed, making it ideal for a couple or a small family. A charming reading area with a chair and lamp overlooks the kitchen diner from the gallery, offering a peaceful spot to unwind. Outside, the expansive garden features various seating options, providing a perfect setting for enjoying the fresh air, while ample parking space is available for guests.

The cottage is conveniently located just a twenty-minute walk from the beach, accessible via a footpath, and only a ten-minute drive from the vibrant seaside town of Beaumaris, which boasts an array of pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops, and attractions. For larger groups, the option to book the adjacent Ty Felin cottage, which accommodates up to five guests, is also available. It’s important to note that access to Three Gates involves navigating a farm track with three gates that must be opened and closed, but the journey is well worth the tranquility and charm that await at this lovely getaway.
