The Searle near Rhayader, Powys sleeps two guests in one bedroom.

The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and a dining seating for two guests and a sitting area with TV and electric fire. There is one king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture and hot tub, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, within 3.6 miles, a pub and within 0.3 miles, a river and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking., WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Searle is a romantic bolthole, perfect for a couples retreat to Mid Wales. Note: There are three steps down into the sitting room.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: Rhayader is a tiny Welsh market town featuring a variety of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, services, and antiques from the area. a recreation centre with a sizable pool and a regular livestock market is an added plus. A must-see site is the Red Kite Feeding Station, which is located outside of the town. The magnificent dams and reservoirs of the Elan and Claerwen Valleys are located in Rhayader, which is the first town on the River Wye. The Elan Valley has a number of walking and cycling paths (Rhayader offers bike rentals), as well as a visitor centre with a café and a play area for kids. With its incredible range of nature reserves available for visitors to enjoy, this area is referred to as the Wildlife Centre of Wales. Pony trekking is another activity that is offered nearby. Visit Builth Wells, the annual site of the Winter Fair, Royal Welsh Agricultural Show, and Spring Festival. Alternatively, a beautiful drive will take you 34 miles to the Welsh shore.

Located in Llandrindod Wells, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. The Hall at Abbey-Cwm-Hir and Llanbister Methodist Church are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Gigrin Farm Red Kite Feeding Centre and Royal Welsh Showground. Discover the area's water adventures with fishing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with cycling, hiking, and rock climbing.
