Situated in a vineyard and surrounded by open countryside, this property is a welcome retreat from normal life, a chance to escape to the rural countryside surrounded by nature. It has wonderful views across the Romney Marsh and is perfect for walking and cycling with a footpath to the local 14th Ferry Inn, serving a delicious seasonal menu.

Parking: Private parking with a short walk along a lit path to the property - there is a luggage trolley provided to transport bags
Notes: There is an unfenced pond with an unfenced ditch to the front of the property - dogs should be supervised at all times. Babes in arms welcome but there isn't a cot. Also please note that there is a footpath running adjacent to the property including the patio and hot tub. This is a working farm and work may be undertaken in close proximity to property at certain times of the year.

This vacation home is located in Tenterden. Rye Castle Museum and Tenterden Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include South of England Rare Breeds Centre and Rye Farm World. Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway and Battlezone are also worth visiting.
