The Little Smithy is a cosy and well-equipped, newly renovated, detached studio conversion. It is compact but cosy, with a private courtyard. There is a full kitchen, a dining table for 2, a king sized bed with a separate dressing area and en-suite shower room.
It is a perfect cottage for 2 and ideal to use as a base whilst exploring the surrounding area.
When we first saw Blacksmiths Cottages. it was love at first sight. And we hope you will feel the same. We are delighted to welcome you to our little slice of heaven.

Blacksmiths Cottages are based in Muston, a lovely picturesque village 1 mile from Filey. We have 3 holiday homes situated in a delightful courtyard setting for you to stay in. Each cottage have their own outside space and there is a large area for car parking.

Blacksmiths Cottage is a luxury 2 bedroom dog friendly property. Please note - dogs are allowed downstairs only. Blacksmiths Cottage sleeps 5. There are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has twin beds and the other has one king size bed with a foldaway single bed available if required. The bathroom has the ‘wow’ factor with a roll top bath and separate shower. Downstairs, the kitchen is well equipped and spacious. There is a separate dining room with reading nook and an open fireplace that serves the living and dining room. The lovely living room finishes off the downstairs floor. Outside is an enclosed patio and small garden.

The Old Smithy is a dog friendly cottage with a large fully enclosed garden. It is a lovely one bedroomed, detached barn conversion. It sleeps a max of 3. The bedroom has a king sized bed with a shower ensuite. There is an open plan galley kitchen, dining and living room with French doors opening onto the garden. The lounge is a welcoming space to relax in after a busy day.
Please note, there is a sofa bed that is a full size single however as the bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom this does affect privacy. Dog charges apply.

This cottage is located in Filey. The Yorkshire Wolds Gallery and Rotunda Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and South Cliff Italian Gardens. Scarborough Maritime Heritage Centre and North Bay Railway are also worth visiting. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as cycling and hiking in the area.
