This cosy cottage is located in the leafy, residential area of Hull that's known locally as 'the Avenues' but is only a short 5-10 minute stroll to the many restaurants and bars, cafes and shops located nearby.

Perfect for singles, couples and young families, children love sleeping on the XL bean bags in the small gallery landing above the sitting room.

Pet-friendly with access to the enclosed garden, the open plan design has privacy curtains to the bedroom and sitting areas, making it ideal for those with impaired mobility. The wet room/WC and the separate WC both have doors.

A self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a compact tabletop oven with a two-ring hob, an air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. A tap water filter jug is also provided.

The Little House in Hull is a perfect place to relax and offers modern comforts in a warm, cosy environment.

There is a modern television and free wifi/internet access, four comfortable sitting chairs and a large ottoman that can be pulled out into a single camp bed. In addition, a dining table with four chairs.

There is one bedroom containing a double bed with two orthopaedic mattresses featuring individual electric controls; ideal for sitting up in bed or raising your legs after a long day.

Children can sleep on XL super comfy bean bags in their own 'space' just above the sitting room.

The design is open-plan and features ceiling beams and exposed stock brickwork.

Bed linen and bath towels, toilet rolls and vegan, cruelty-free toiletries are included to make your stay more enjoyable.

A complimentary generous fruit bowl is also provided along with bread, plant-based butter and milk, vegan treats and vegan/cruelty-free toiletries. In addition... fresh eggs from our own adorable hens!


House Rules:

Check-in is from 2 pm to late, [we are on-site in the main house] but please do try to make it before 11 pm if you can!
Check-out is at 11 am.
Smoking is not allowed, NO NO NO, but is of course permitted in the garden, no problem at all.
Free parking is available on-site.
Pets are allowed at the property if house trained, friendly and not left alone for anything longer than three hours.

PLEASE NOTE!

We have many animals here ... two doggies, two cats, hens and cockerels which roam the garden during the daytime, searching for worms and the like! And yes, fresh eggs are freely available for your breakfast!
There is a small, fenced-off fish pond opposite the door to the Little House.

This cottage is located in Hull. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Far Ings National Nature Reserve and Waters Edge Country Park, while Museums Quarter and Hull New Theatre are cultural highlights. Hull Maritime Museum and Hull Tourist Information Centre are also worth visiting.
