St Kew Highway, about five minutes drive, has a pub, garage, and mini market, the village of St Kew about 3 / 4 mile has a pretty church and a traditional pub that offers good pub food and there is a 9 hole golf course 1 mile away. 

The bustling town of Wadebridge is an aproximate ten to fifteen minute drive where a wide selection of amenities including supermarkets can be found as are the glorious sandy beaches at Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath on the Camel Estuary. 

Walled and gated garden with patio area to the front. Garden furniture provided.
