The Bonython Estate itself boasts an expansive 20 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, which guests are encouraged to explore. Among these gardens is a recently renovated walled garden and potager, as well as a secluded valley featuring three tranquil lakes. Recognized as one of 'The Great Gardens of Cornwall' and awarded a star in the 'Good Garden Guide', these gardens offer a serene and picturesque setting for leisurely strolls and relaxation amidst nature.

This traditional Cornish estate encompasses a mix of agricultural land, ancient manor, farm, and woodland, extending nearly from the Helford River to Poldhu Cove, with both shores located just over a mile away. The Estate is conveniently situated near various small towns and villages, providing easy access to local amenities and attractions. In addition to Spring Water Barn, the estate features other accommodations including Bonython Farmhouse, which can host up to ten guests, Mews Cottage for six, and St Corantyn Cottage accommodating four guests, making it suitable for larger groups or family gatherings.

Spring Water Barn is particularly appealing for couples, as it offers a romantic retreat with easy access to nearby beaches. Additional amenities include the provision of a travel cot and highchair for infants upon request, ensuring that families with young children are also catered for.
