The lodge consists of five separate units, featuring a main unit and a smaller unit on the ground floor, along with three additional units on the first floor. The spacious twin studio on the first floor is equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a kitchenette, including essential amenities such as a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, and all necessary cutlery and utensils. Guests can also enjoy modern conveniences like a television and internet access. For added convenience, communal washing facilities are available, featuring a washing machine, clotheshorse, and a large sink.

Guests at Eastwood Lodge are encouraged to take advantage of the expansive garden that surrounds the property, where they can relax and unwind. Additionally, the lodge is pet-friendly, allowing guests to bring their dogs for an extra fee of £10, payable in cash to the housekeeper. However, it is important to note that there is a working farm adjacent to the lodge, and guests are kindly asked to respect the farmer's property by not entering it.
