The living space features a comfortable leather sofa and a flat-screen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and cookware for all your culinary needs. The bedroom offers a tranquil atmosphere with a king-size bed adorned with premium linens, complemented by vibrant soft furnishings and wall art. An ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower further enhances the comfort of this delightful cottage.
Outside, guests can immerse themselves in the breathtaking surroundings of Dalby Forest. The cottage is situated within the grounds of High Dalby House, providing direct access to expansive gardens equipped with outdoor furniture, two decked areas, BBQ facilities, and a log-fired pizza oven. Although the outdoor seating is shared, the private garden at the rear of the cottage offers a secluded space for relaxation. To ensure the protection of the property during bookings, guests are required to pay a damage deposit or purchase an accidental damage waiver.
Heron Cottage is conveniently located near an array of outdoor activities, including over 70 kilometers of cycling trails and the Go Ape Adventure Centre for zip-lining and segway experiences.
