Appliances include a combi microwave/oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster and hairdryer and TV. Please note that there is no WiFi in the pod but guests may access the internet from the B&B breakfast room. Outside there is off-road parking, decking with furniture, a lawn with a hot tub, shared access to the outdoor fire pit/pizza oven and furniture and farm grounds. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and robes are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. You can find a shop within 5.4 miles and a pub in 1.5 miles. Located in King's Lynn, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Roydon Common and Roydon Common National Nature Reserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Gooderstone Water Gardens & Nature Trails and Caithness Crystal Visitor Centre. Custom House and Gooderstone Water Gardens are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
