Pull on your walking boots and set off on your days adventure over the fells right from the door, from the summit the spectacular views of the Lorton Valley and across the Solway Firth to Scotland can be admired. If you are looking for a different adventure the area itself has numerous opportunities for mountain biking, rock climbing, paddle boarding and kayaking.
