Picturesque and peaceful, this lovely property is ideally located for a trip with your loved one to explore the north of Cornwall, its towns, beaches and attractions. Sat on the bank of the River Inny, it is a tranquil getaway spot, with lots to do for those more adventurous too. Walkers will love the South West Coast Path and the fantastic views it offers, whilst there are also plenty of trails for cyclists. The coastal villages of Boscastle and Tintagel are within a short drive of the cottage, whilst there are plenty of coves and beaches also in easy reach. On entering the cottage, you are greeted by the homely living space. This open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is cosy and light, the lounge area featuring two comfortable sofas, a TV/DVD and iPod dock. Behind that is the dining table for two, and the well equipped, compact kitchen comprising of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bathroom features a shower over the bath and WC, whilst the property s bedroom has a double bed with TV with Freeview. Outside the bungalow, there is a small lawn to the front, whilst at the back there is a neat patio and grass area with seating and BBQ, which backs onto an idyllic stream (any children must be supervised around this area). This is the perfect area to relax and while away the hours on a sunny day, as the tranquillity is calming and perfect for that unwinding holiday. There is private off road parking for one car directly at the front of the property.
