This traditional and quirky cottage enjoys an excellent location in the village of Saltaire, just a stones' throw from the popular local high street. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the village is steeped in history and wonderful architecture. Explore the Saltaire Mill complex or take a short stroll to Roberts Victorian Park where you can enjoy a picnic or boat ride along the canal. The Saltaire Festival in September celebrates live music, markets, performance and culture and is a brilliant experience for all. For walkers and cyclists of all abilities there are a multitude of tracks and trails from the doorstep, as well as the Bronte Falls walk in Howarth eight miles away and the Yorkshire Dales within easy reach. Step back in time as you enter this traditional cottage and feel instantly at home in the cosy lounge area. Snuggle up with a loved one next to the original fireplace, now a decorative feature, and watch a movie on the Smart TV. There is also a sofa bed (for alternative sleeping only). Moving through to the kitchen, again full of character and charm, where you have everything you need to rustle up a home cooked meal, including a gas oven & hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Upstairs you will find a spacious twin zip and link bedroom (which can be made into a super king size on request) and a traditional bathroom with bath and shower attachment and WC. To the rear of the cottage, there is a quaint patio area with furniture, the ideal spot to relax in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine. There is a secure outhouse for bicycle storage.
