Built in 1625, this old stable which was originally used as cart storage on a 40 acre farm has a lot of history and is a special property. Located on the edge of Tregadillett village, the property is situated next to the owner s residence and within walking distance to the local pub. The closest town with all the amenities one could ask for is Launceston at 2.5 miles with its historic castle, Trebarwith Strand beach can be found under half an hour away or venture to the stunning Crackington Haven beach both on the north coast 18 miles away. Nearby attractions include Tintagel Castle (17 miles) and the rugged north Cornwall coastline along the South West Coast Path. Adrenalin Quarry, Eden Project, Siblyback Segway, The Hidden Valley, and Cardinham Woods are all within 30 miles. Although it is steeped in its rural past, it is also equipped with many modern comforts throughout. Step inside into a light and welcoming entrance hall. With vaulted ceilings throughout, relax in the open plan kitchen/lounge. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, under counter fridge, dolce gusto coffee machine, washing machine and microwave so create a lazy breakfast for two. The en suite shower room has a rainfall shower, Bluetooth mirror to connect your smartphone and WC. Outside is a private screened seating area, ideal for dining alfresco after a day of exploring your surroundings. There is driveway parking for one car.
