Nearby, the magnificent Eden Project is less than 3 miles away and one to add to the activity list with its impressive giant tropical and Mediterranean biospheres, as well as the secluded coves and secret beach of Polkerris less than 3 miles away. The picturesque fishing villages of Fowey, Looe, Polperro and Mevagissey are all within 20 miles away. For keen golfers, there are four championship courses including Carlyon Bay and the fabulous Fowey which is bustling with restaurants, bars and shops less than a 3 mile drive. This quirky studio is cosy and packed with character. Enter into the compact kitchen with granite worktops, an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, perfect for preparing a packed lunch for a day out. Next door is the lounge/diner/bedroom which offers a king size bed, comfy seating for two with a TV and a dining table with chairs where you can sit and enjoy a meal for two overlooking the wonderfully manicured gardens. Leading off of this room is a good size bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Below the property is the owner's garage which offers a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as drying space. Outside, you have access to the fabulous Hidden Gardens with several sitting spots as well as your own private decked area with garden furniture. Members of the public can visit the gardens morning/afternoon from 10 am between March and October. There is private off road parking for 1 car.
