The property is the ideal base to explore Exmoor National Park with its glorious moorland countryside, red deer and Exmoor ponies, both of which can be spotted regularly around the national park. There are so many walks on your doorstep including Tarr Steps Woodland National Nature Reserve (8 miles) or you can discover the dramatic coastline where you can swim, kayak or surf. Dulverton town is 5 miles away and this offers a selection of pubs, restaurants, tearooms, as well as an array of shops. If you like horse riding, then visit the local stables in the area and enjoy a hack across Exmoor. Adjoined to the owner s home, you will approach the cottage on a long gravel driveway and drive through gates where you will see the entrance to the little cottage. As you enter through the porch you will find a boot rack and coats hooks. Follow on through into the kitchen which offers a dishwasher, electric cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. From the kitchen, walk down a few steps into the cosy lounge with a wood burner effect electric fire, where you can sit and relax and enjoy watching one of your favourite movies on the smart TV. From here the staircase will take you upstairs to the master bedroom with a king size bed with views across the countryside. Across the hall is the bathroom with a walk in shower and WC. Heading outside there are two areas where you will be able to sit and dine alfresco or cook on the gas BBQ and enjoy those lazy summer evenings looking across the quiet countryside. There is parking for 1 car, space for 2 if required.
