Situated in an elevated position above the village, a short walk downhill will take you into Boscastle. Explore the picturesque harbour or stop for a bite to eat in one of the cafes before venturing along the coast path to one of the many sandy beaches and sheltered coves that are dotted along this stretch of coastline. The popular fishing towns of Port Isaac and Padstow are within easy reach, both boasting independent shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries, while a little further afield, cultural sites such as King Arthur s Castle, Llanhydrock House and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are waiting to be explored. This lovely cottage offers cosy accommodation with plenty of traditional charm through exposed beams, sash windows and slanted ceilings. In the kitchen/diner you will find an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. After you have finished your meals, retire to the cosy lounge to warm up beside the electric fire while making full use of the TV/DVD. Upstairs, the king size bedroom is cosy and inviting, with exposed beams, pretty windows on two sides and an extra pull out bed, perfect for a young child. The bathroom is located downstairs and has a shower over bath with WC. Step outside and you'll find a delightful enclosed patio area with a cafe style table and chairs and BBQ.
