Both Bamburgh (5 miles) and Alnwick Castles (13 miles) have TV and film credits and Alnwick Gardens are world renowned. Visit Rothbury, Cragside House (both 25 miles) and the National Dark Skies Park in Northumberland National Park, which starts 24 miles away.
