Situated at one of the highest points in Northamptonshire, there are far reaching views and plenty of scenic walks right on your doorstep. There is something for everyone to do: Bicester Village shopping outlet with its array of designer shops, and Silverstone race track, home of the British Grand Prix, are within a short distance by car. The traditionally English towns and villages of the Cotswolds are also nearby, including Chipping Norton, Stow on the Wold and Moreton in the Marsh. A little further afield is the university city of Oxford, with its historic buildings, architecture and museums. Stepping into the cottage welcomes you into the bright and airy kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing stay, such as electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Nearby, the shower room offers an enclosed shower, WC, and washing machine should you need it. The lounge/diner is complimented with exposed beams and a stunning stone fireplace with a wood burner nestled in the hearth, great for those chilly winter evenings. There is a spacious corner sofa which doubles up as a sofa bed should you need the extra space, and a nearby dining table for lazy breakfasts and planning the day s activities ahead. Heading upstairs, the king size bed is just waiting for you to enjoy a long lie in amongst the beautiful furniture and sumptuous fabrics. Head on up the hidden staircase, which leads you to a stunning bathroom with freestanding bath, sink, WC, and dressing area with wooden floor boards and neutral tones throughout. Outside there is a courtyard garden to the front with a seating area to enjoy a morning coffee or two. Pretty flower beds decorate the garden, which is enclosed with a picket fence. Parking is on the road outside the cottage.
