The cottage is set at the foot of the Sugar Loaf Mountain, and part of the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Black Mountains are all around you, so great walks are available from your door. Situated next door to the owner s home where fresh eggs and treats are available from the owner s kitchen, this is the ideal spot for some rest and relaxtion. Take a trip to the market in Abergavenny, Crickhowell which is 6 miles away is great for small local stores. Visit one of the many historic houses, gardens and castles such as White Castle, Longtown, Grosmont and Raglan Castle. Hay on Wye with its famous Literary Festival is approximately a 40 minute drive away. Enter the property into a surprisingly spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, with lovely high ceilings.The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials for your holiday, including an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment and a Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge includes a sofa (which can be converted into a sofa bed at an additional cost), TV and DVD. The perfect spot to curl up and enjoy a film in the evening.
