Once a corn milling facility, the barn is now part of Roundball Farm, a working farm that has been owned by the same family for four generations. The owners, Ian and Kathryn, reside next door and are readily available to assist guests with any inquiries or needs during their stay. The farm is surrounded by a peaceful countryside, allowing guests to enjoy the company of cows, calves, chickens, ducks, and goats, as well as explore the scenic landscape.

Located along a quiet country lane, Bamford Barn serves as an ideal base for exploring the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, situated between the charming towns of Sidmouth and Ottery St Mary. Numerous local walking trails, including the Coleridge Link and the nearby East Devon Way, provide ample opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts to discover the natural beauty of the region. The accommodation features a spacious farmhouse-style kitchen with a dining area and an open-plan living room equipped with a smart TV, ensuring comfort and convenience for guests.
