Designed to accommodate two guests, the cottage features a thoughtfully designed extension that includes a dressing room equipped with an infrared sauna, wardrobe, dressing table, and comfortable seating. The serene environment and proximity to the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty make it an ideal getaway for nature enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation.

The interior of Avelin Cottage is well-appointed, boasting a spacious bathroom with an extra-large shower and a heated towel rail. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining area furnished with an oak dresser, table, and chairs. The lounge area is designed for comfort, featuring two leather easy chairs, a television, and a DVD player, along with a selection of books, magazines, board games, and jigsaws to keep guests entertained during their stay.

Outside, the cottage offers a large lawn with a patio area, perfect for enjoying the fresh air on warm summer evenings. Two summer houses provide additional outdoor seating options. The property includes ample parking and a convenient drive for easy access.
