With private parking and an attractive enclosed sunny garden, guests can really relax and unwind. Very conveniently situated in the small village of Luncarty, the range of activities available in the surrounding area will keep the visitor occupied for weeks, including superb fishing and water sports on the Tay, cycling and walking paths, horse riding and winter sports at Glenshee, lying approximately an hour’s drive to the north. For the golfer, there is the championship course at Rosemount in Blairgowrie, an 18 hole course at Dunkeld, whilst to the south is the world famous Gleneagles Hotel, offering three championship courses.
Nearby, the pretty town of Dunkeld and neighbouring Birnam is well worth a visit for artisan shops and cafés, riverside walks and the Beatrix Potter Museum. To the north and west, there is stunning scenery around Loch Tummel via Pitlochry, well known for its fish ladder and Theatre in the Hills, while Perth itself offers excellent shopping and dining facilities as well as parks, museums and cinema attractions. Scone Palace and Perth racecourse are 7 miles, with the castles of Stirling, Edinburgh and Glamis well worth a visit for a cultural day out. With so much to do, you will be sure to want to revisit!
