The house features a grand entrance with high ceilings and original flooring, leading to two inviting sitting rooms that provide comfortable spaces for relaxation and socializing.
The first sitting room boasts an exposed wooden floor, a charming bay window with seating, and a feature fireplace, while the second room offers a cozy atmosphere with a large corner sofa and a wall-mounted TV. The heart of the home is the expansive kitchen/diner, which includes a long dining table that seats 14, a spectacular range cooker, and ample appliances for preparing delicious meals. Additionally, a breakfast room provides extra seating and storage, and the ground floor is completed by a convenient cloakroom/utility area.
On the first floor, guests will find four of the nine bedrooms, including a spacious family room, a double bedroom with sea views and an en-suite, and a single room, all served by a shower room and separate WC. The second floor features five more bedrooms, including another double with en-suite facilities and three twin rooms, one of which also offers lovely sea views. The proximity to Cromer's vibrant center ensures that guests have easy access to a variety of shops, pubs, and eateries, while the award-winning sandy beach is just a short walk away, perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
